Here at Red Ants Pants we have decided that we aren't satisfied with the current sizing system for women's pants, so we are doing things a little bit differently.

Since there haven't been many options for women's work pants until now, many of us have resorted to wearing men's work pants, therefore we are familiar with our size in men's. Men's pants sizing are measured by the inches of your waist and the inches for your inseam. For example 32 W x 34 I. It is straightforward and consistent between styles and even brands. And most importantly there are length options!

We think this makes a lot more sense, so it is how we are sizing our pants. Not to worry though, unlike men's pants, we will not put your size on the exterior label of the garment.

Length - The length of your pants is called the inseam. This is the distance in inches from your crotch to your ankle, or hem of the pants. We are offering 4 different length options, 29", 31", 33", and 35".

Waist - For the waist, we have listed the traditional women's comparable sizes so you can better reference your size.

Style - Once you have determined your waist and inseam size, next you must determine which style fits your body shape. We offer two styles, the straight cut and curvy cut. These are rather self-explanatory. The curvy cut has a little bit more room in the seat and thigh area, and the waistband curves around the hips better. It is designed for women with a curvier figure. The straight cut is designed for women who have a wider waist and narrower hips, therefore a straighter figure.
